Craigellachie 13-year-old UD

Les Cris is a vineyard in Reigny with pebbly griottes soils. It is typically Simon’s most elegant and floral wine, and the sunny 2022 adds generosity and breadth, along with some peachy fruit. This is made mostly in acacia barrels, with around 15- to 20% in amphora, the latter to keep a little tension. The nose is lightly perfumed, while the palate offers sophisticated notes of white flowers, oyster shell and a touch of dairy.
